During 25th – 29th March 2017 at Scientia Nemus Association in Drobeta Turnu Severin, Romania was held the Transnational Workshop on the topic of: Organizational Management. At the workshop participated 8 representative participants of the partners involved in the project of the four EU countries: Romania, Spain, Czech Republic and Portugal.
Throughout the 5 days of training sessions the participants have acquired theoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge. The first half of the workshop was designed for enhancing theoretical knowledge, regarding the management of a firm/organization, and the second half was meant to be more practical, meaning that that all the participants have acquired practical competences, because all the topics of the course were simulated within the group, in order to be replicated and facilitated with the future beneficiaries of this workshop, the adults. The activities of the workshop have contained: the structure of a firm/organization; mission, vision, values; SWOT analysis; communication; motivation; time management; resources management; long life learning.
