PROJECT SUMMARY
Entrepreneurship can be defined by the individual’s ability to turn ideas into practice. This includes creativity, innovation, risk, the ability to plan and manage projects to achieve goals.
Only 37% of EU citizens want to have their own businesses, compared to 51% in China and the US. In order to stimulate entrepreneurship at EU level, the European Small Business Act was adopted. The project proposes activities and actions that support the achievement of the small business act objectives.
A partnership of four private organizations active in the field of human resources has been drawn up to implement the project. By combining the experience of the four partners, we will pursue the creation of an educational program for those who want to develop their entrepreneurial skills.
The program is intended for people who want to set up and develop their own businesses. Beneficiaries of the services developed within the project are direct and indirect. The direct beneficiaries will participate in activities supported by the experts of the four partner organizations. Indirect beneficiaries will be able to follow the educational program through an e-learning platform. We propose a total of 100 direct participants and 300 indirect participants during the project period.
